We love the fabric here, a garment-dyed French terry of midweight cotton. It shows to excellent advantage in this not-so-basic basic! Pluslavie's Pen Skirt has a flat elastic waistband, with patch pockets in front and in back; the silhouette is skinny, tapering to the ankle, where deep slits sit on the sides. Plu's signature removeable plus-sign patch sits near the hemline. We find this is running a bit on the small side.
